NORTHLAND HOMES HISTORY
Northland Homes LLC is owned and operated by our contractor who has been a lifetime resident of the Coeur d’Alene area and has been building custom homes for over 30 years. Our hands-on approach is often noted as you will see him on the jobsites during all phases of construction from layout of the home right up to the final finishing touches.
Over the years we have built everything from custom log homes, beautiful lake front homes, and custom designed homes on acreage or city lots. We also take this same attention to detail to build entry level homes and spec houses for those clients who desire the ease of purchasing a home just by walking in and finding one that is already finished and suits their needs.
We really enjoy the design aspect of home building and are happy to work with clients if they are interested in a spec home that is almost finished. This is an ideal time to be able to choose some of the finishes, which is a bonus for many home buyers. A semi-custom home is often just the right thing for a family.
